The prices are based on a stay of 2 persons (Adults Only) and include;
- bath-, bed- and kitchen linen (no beach towels!) Bed linen is changed once a week. Towels, tea towels and dishcloths are changed twice a week. Extra change of bed linen € 20,00, extra change of towels/tea towels € 10,00
- airconditioning/heating
- basic necessities such as pepper and salt, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, etc.
- final cleaning
Selvitelle is open from 1 April to 5 January. The minimum stay is 1 week (7 nights).
Low season: Starting from € 275 p/week
High season: Starting from € 450 p/week
(1 June to 30 September)
We prefer direct contact with our guests, therefore we have a preference for making reservations through the contact form or through our e-mail address. We will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Terms of payment
When you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation of receipt with the details of your reservation and ask for a deposit of 25% of the rent, which must be paid immediately. After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final. No later than 4 weeks before arrival, we ask you to pay the remaining 75%. This payment must be made within 48 hours. After payment of the full rent, the booking is final. You will receive an electronic confirmation of both payments.
Bookings within 8 weeks before arrival date must be paid in full after confirmation.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, it is not always possible to get a refund. We therefore recommend that you take out good cancellation insurance. We apply the following conditions;
- cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price
- in the event of cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the lessor will charge 50% of the total rental sum
- in case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the lessor will charge 100% of the total rental price.
