Home Bakery

There’s something magical about waking up to the scent of freshly baked bread. Although there’s no bakery around the corner, you won’t miss it. At Selvitelle, we bake our own bread—crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and praised by guests as better than anything from the shop.

Our bread is made from locally grown organic wheat and crafted with “Lievito Madre” — a natural sourdough starter made from just flour and water. Long fermentation times make it easier to digest, richer in flavour, and perfectly in tune with nature.

We offer three dough variations:

  • White

  • Wholemeal

  • Multigrain with a mix of seeds

And three types of bread:

  • Breakfast rolls

  • Rustic baguettes

  • Country loaves

Each bread is made to order and baked with care, so please place your request at least 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to arrange a fresh bread schedule for your stay.
