What to expect:
- Manual Harvest: Learn the traditional techniques of picking and sorting olives, respecting the trees and the land.
- Visit to the Frantoio: Follow the process of pressing olives into pure olive oil at the local olive press.
- Tasting: Discover the nuances of our olive oil during a guided tasting, learning about flavour profiles and quality characteristics.
- Part of the Harvest: Take a fair share of our fresh Novello EVO as a memento of this unique experience.
This experience takes place in the first three weeks of October, depending on weather conditions and olive ripeness.
